Cookie policy
This Cookie Policy explains whether Caledis stores information on your device when you visit https://www.caledis.com. The short answer is no.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's localStorage) are small data files that a site saves on your device to remember information between visits.
2. What we use
This site stores nothing on your device: no first-party or third-party cookies, no localStorage, no analytics, no advertising. There is nothing to accept and nothing to delete.
3. Language and currency do not depend on a cookie
If you arrive at the main address, the site opens in Spanish or English, with the savings calculator in euros or dollars, according to the country you connect from, which our infrastructure provider infers from your IP address. That decision is made on the server before the page is sent to you and is not stored anywhere: it is made again on every visit. If you change language with the ES/EN links, your choice travels in the page address itself (for example, /en/ or ?lang=es), not in a cookie, and is not remembered either. What exactly we process, and on what legal basis, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. Why we don't show a consent banner
Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI requires prior consent to store information on the user's device or to access information already stored there. This site does neither, so no acceptance banner is required.
5. Links that take you off this site
No third party sets cookies while you browse caledis.com: forms are submitted to Formspree without loading any of their code into the page, and there is no embedded third-party content. That said, if you click the booking button you leave the site for Cal.com, which from that point applies its own cookies and its own policy. The same goes for any other external link.
6. Changes
If we ever add tools that use non-essential cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this policy and implement a prior-consent mechanism.
